Plan will,have to sent in for review and Andy Vera with environmental will have to have the final word on whether or not this new ramp design will work for them. I see no issues that PDSD would have. It would be allowable in this case of the enclosure wall blocking the path of water coming out of the roof drain to enter through the wall and discharge out the front of the enclosure.

On the front of the drive lane at the front entrance to the lot where the hump in pavement is it sounds like it can be made to work. There can be no more than a 5% grade at the pedestrian access across the driveline. Once this is sent in for review there will be a final determination. At the north end of the driveway channel to the basing the 5' of leading edge of riprap will have to be grouted in place.
