I reminded Kyle/KEG the contractor for this permit that this permit is not in issued status in EnerGov and no work for this permit should be happening at this time. They have advised me that they’ve done only clearing and grubbing on the site and some stockpiling of material to be used for the pads and a place that material along the south west side of the property. Currently, they are also excavating to remove an existing waterline that will be replaced under a water permit done by the Tucson Water Department but that is the only work that really appears to be happening at this time. I have advised him that this meeting today for a Precon was only a precursor airy meeting for a future of Precon. Once the permit has been placed an issued status and work and truly begin legally. I drove through the site, took some photos of what the site looks like at this time and then left the site at around 10:30 AM. | |

They have looked through the site and we agree that no additional measures will be needed at this time for the area between Pad #3 and #4. We will monitor this area and I will check in on it every 2 weeks and will stay in touch with our review staff through the duration of this project. | |
