-The boulder east of building can remain in place and the area around it depressed.
-Depth of WHIA depression at parking Island at far Northeast should be increased so it can infiltrate more water.
-Saguaro at bottom of basin needs to be relocated. It is tipped over and that area will be too soggy for it.
