Okay to pour bollards in loading/refuse enclosure area.
Schedule reinspection after poured to final out these bollards if all bollards are poured.

I looked at 30 8” STD galv pipe Bollards. Located in the SW loading dock/ refuse enclosure area.
The standard before RFI was 2’ dia footers w/ 5’ embedment. Reinforcement- 6 #7 verts & #3 ties at 10 OC.
10 out of the 29 bollards had a RFI # 171 (Bollards at footing detail) These where bollards 8” STD galv pipe bollards with 1/2” x 1’ base plates welded to bottom. 1’-4” embedment. 8 #7 verts drilled and epoxied (special inspection Ninyo Moore) w/ #3 ties at 10” oc. In lieu of 6 verts without hooks.
Some of the spacing layout was also revised to reflect where underground electrical/utilities forced relocation of bollards.
11/18/2025 Partial Pass Bollards at gas meter are okay to pour.
