| For trash and recycling enclosures | Not Ready | Reinforcing steel spacing incorrect. Footing depth and width incorrect. | ||
| 07/31/2025 | For trash and recycling enclosures | Not Ready | 7/31/25 1. Verts placement: Needs 2 at wall ends and 3 at the corners. The rest at 32" OC. Verts need to be centered over the footer. The lay out now has the SW wall verts are pushed to the outside of footer, the blocks would have to be laid outside of the footer. All rebar needs to be 3" clear of the dirt, it is less than that all over. Footer #4 horizontal rebar should stop at the ends of the wall. It does not continue into the apron. 2. The footer has pipe sleeves intersecting through it. That is okay but sleeves need to be 3" clear of the rebar. Now they are touching. 3. Bollards pipe are too short to be set in concrete. They are cut less than 5' long. They need to be set with 4' above the slab. Hole for bollards at 3' x 12". |

| 08/05/2025 | For trash and recycling enclosures | Failed | 08/05/25, Bollards are still too short, the way the forms are set they suggest a possible monolithic pour where bollards, footing and slab are poured all at one time. If this is correct then the rebar mat for the slab is missing. There should be a 12"x 12" with #4 rebar that creates the mat and the footing should be tied into that as well. It is strongly suggested to run the water lines under the footing by means of a sleeve. Right now there is not enough clearance to the sleeve and ground and the strength of the footing will be impacted. The left side form seams to be too close to the vertical rebar to be able to set the CMU in the correct placement. | |
| 08/13/2025 | For trash and recycling enclosures | Partial Pass | 08/13/25, all issues with footings and bollards have been corrected. 08/13/25, Slab is good to pour |
