The contractor still is installing the handrail along the sidewalk coming in from Speedway Blvd. There is one minor area for the access aisle of the Eastern ADA parking spaces that is noncompliant in the very last 5 to 7 feet. onto the P.A.A.L. There is a question in regards to the rainwater harvesting meeting the required quantities in some of the areas due to foundations being within the water harvesting basins. I have asked the contractor to discuss this concern with the engineer record to verify that the water harvesting quantities have been met. |
