Rebar touching dirt is not allowed. 3" from bottom of rebar touching dirt and 2" everywhere else, such as space between rebar and forms and rebar and sides. All sections were typically set.
07/16/2025 Partial Pass The engineer on record will have to approve of the trench drains used as these look like a residential type drain. Everything can be poured that has been formed except the area in question where the drains are located.
07/30/2025 Partial Pass 07/30/25, on the front of the building, 2 automotive ramps into the building, the ramp section for ADA minus the drain areas, the ramp on the far south of the building are good to pour.
08/05/2025 Partial Pass Do not pour the roof drain areas until an engineer or architect on record approves with a stamped letter.
