It does not have the contrast needed to function as designed. Either use yellow paint or the same white paint that was used in the handicap symbol because that white paint does not grab the dirt and or oils that the problematic white paint used in the lines does.
Place the van accessible Handicap signage on a post in front of space 7' clear from ground and 2.5’ clear from front face of wheel stop. Trench repaving that settled and the noncompliant curb ramp into the landscaping can be completed while you have the TCO. Bike parking is correct.
