08/21/2026 Partial Pass Striping is correct but the white paint used for the striping does not contrast with the concrete when it is has any dirt from normal use here on site. It does not have the contrast needed to function as designed. Either use yellow paint or the same white paint that was used in the handicap symbol because that white paint does not grab the dirt and or oils that the problematic white paint used in the lines does.
Place the van accessible Handicap signage on a post in front of space 7' clear. Trench repaving that settled and the noncompliant curb ramp into the landscaping can be completed while you have the TCO. Bike parking is correct.
08/25/2026 Passed Striping color has been changed to yellow for better contrast. ADA sign is correct. Striping items are complete.
