10/14/2024 ENGR Engineering Final Passed The Roof Drainage for the outside dining area has been evaluated by Stephen Blood and a determination has been made by him that since the Comments for the Plan Approvals did not address this issue when it was Approved then we would not be addressing this at this time.
This issue has been Approved at this time but any remodeling or future work on this site will require full Code Compliance for the change to be made at that time.
