Contractor will send good pictures showing correct rebar and spacing 2 inches from forms and 3 inches from dirt no reinforcing in the dirt. Forms needs to be 6 inch in thickness with spacers evenly spaced. Form set to survey nails correct elevations and offsets correct. Drain pipe sloped correctly, joint to main correct and bedding good.
Okay to pour floor and walls pending good pictures. Strip forms inside and out and request reinspection before backfilling.
10/17/2025 ENGR - Drainage Structures Not Ready 10/17/25 Contractor and Superintendent have opted to remove the work done and install a precast PAG type 1 307 Double Catch Basin basin.
