A flood test to see how the pavement drains should be done. I also saw that the landscaped areas should be depressed 6” where possible. I showed the Contractor the detail in the DP and he understands. |

| 02/27/2026 | ENGR Paving | Not Ready | After performing a flood test it was observed that two (2) areas on the East side of the building had pooling water in excess of 0.5 inches due to surface conditions of the asphalt. One recommendation as a means of remediation would be to depress the landscape areas (as required per plans, page 14, detail G) immediately adjacent to the pooling and install curb cuts to relieve the excess water into the landscape areas. | |
