A flood test to see how the pavement drains should be done. I also saw that the landscaped areas should be depressed 6” where possible. I showed the Contractor the detail in the DP and he understands. |

One recommendation as a means of remediation would be to depress the landscape areas (as required per plans, page 14, detail G) immediately adjacent to the pooling and install curb cuts to relieve the excess water into the landscape areas. |
