All sub grade issues have been repaired, string was set and mumps in grade were removed to create a proper flow line in the valley drain of the asphalt. Compaction results meet and or exceeds requirements needed. Dumpster enclosure is still an issue due to the overhead power line being directly over it. Contractor is at risk due to this issue. |
