The south basin in common area A is holding rainwater in excess of the allowable 24 hour drain down time. While it hasn’t been accepted yet as a functional basin by the City of Tucson, it’s representing a concern for adjacent properties and significant concerns about its future function. Please submit a correction plan to address the drain down time. |
