| 08/06/2025 | SITE - Stormwater Follow-up | Complete (Recurring) | 8/6/25 Wattle is installed around around catch basin at empty lot to the west. It needs to be staked correctly per detail in plan at all sides so it cannot be pushed into basin. One side is missing stakes Berm around work area in empty lot has been installed. It also needs to be fixed so it is continuous, with no areas where water can pass through. Currently there is a cut next to catch basin. Berm at temporary fence into empty lot to west needs to be maintained. It is being worn down. This is a non discharge site-water is all to remain on site in a storm event. Trackout has been added at curb in empty lot. Asphalt is clean at that trackout. Looks good but maintain functioning track outs. |

| 09/09/2025 | SITE - Stormwater Follow-up | Complete (Recurring) | SWPPP plan-sheet requires amendment. We need an answer for how long work stoppage is estimated to last. If it is a short term shutdown; The plan needs to be written to reflect that this site has a Non Discharge Certificate. Fencing needs to be expanded to enclose dirt lot that has been being used and disturbed by Eagle Rock. Stock piles in this need to be protected. SWPPP plan and responsibilities associated with it now extends to the whole lot to the west of the site. Waddle needs it be installed per plan across the front. If it is a long term shutdown; A mitigation plan needs to be put in place for the lot on the to the west. This plan includes everything above. In addition, stock piles need to be removed, building materials need to be removed and the lot needs to be returned to its previous condition as much as possible. The grading needs to be left as close as it was originally and Hydro seed or other mitigation efforts need to cover disturbed soil. Trackout off of Golf Links Road needs to be fixed so it preforms as designed and covers the whole entryway. |

| 10/13/2025 | SITE - Stormwater Follow-up | Failed | 10/13/25 Heavy rain over the weekend in this area. There is significant erosion occurring on the east side of the Site. There is an alley here parallel to the site that water is draining off of into the site. A unprotected slope runs along the east edge of the site running downgrade about 5 or 6' . The water is eroding down and undermine this slope from the alley in several areas and if it is allowed to continue the alley could be undercut. There are also several gang mailboxes that are protected by a screenwall here that could be undermined. Corrective measures are needed to stabilize this slope. On the Empty lot to the West of the site that Eagle Rock is using and responsible for- The Berm needs to be rebuilt to keep water in the disturbed area that Eagle Rock was using to get water and accessing the site. The berm has been overtopped by stormwater. Just outside of this Berm is a Catch Basin that drains into the Basin on the other side of the drive in front of The Super Star Car Wash. The storm water that over-topped the berm has knocked the wattle protecting the catch down into in it and eroded the earth around the catch basin. Sediment is entering the storm pipe. This erosion needs to be remediated and protected and the wattle also needs to be repaired correctly and supplemented. |
