Each Barrel ID width 11.3', 81.5' long. 52' starting from outlet (North) of the 3 inside walls to be poured today. Forms 31" H from floor to Construction Joint. East center wall starting from 20.5' from south end #4 verts @9 OC not centered in form so that 1" clearance from form is met. EOR asked that #5 verts @14" be epoxied w/ Simpson Set 3G 7" into floor adjacent to verts where clearance is not met. These #5 Verts are 4' total. 9 #5 verts are inside form at S end of E center wall being poured today. The rest of this stretch with be pored later. One other #5 is located in W center wall 33.5' S of N end of culvert. #5 verts were epoxied in floor correctly with any holes that were not usable within one bar diameter of vert filled with epoxy. In other areas the #4 verts had clearance to forms but horz tied to them did not. When this condition occurred these horz were moved to the other side of verts providing minimum clearance. These horz were non contact lapped at minimum 20" from horz left on other side of verts. This condition conforms With ACI 318 referenced in general notes and EOR approves. Contractor will provide a pictures of work when complete and is being observed by 3rd party ProTex inspector. Okay to pour these center walls formed when all reinforcement complies with minimum clearance from forms. |

Reinforcing for wing wall footers, Head wall footers at both inlet and outletI and floor of arch. I had contractor adjust some clearances and add continuous bar on wing wall footers that was missing to plan, now correct. Also floor of arch reinforcing is correct. Dimensions of footers correct to plan and survey. Okay to pour inlet and outlet headwall and wingwall footers and floor of culvert. All sections even with invert. |

| 02/11/2026 | ENGR - Drainage Structures | Partial Pass | 2/11/26 48' linear ft of the 4 arches starting at the outlet side and outlet headwall. The outside walls will also be poured. I had the contractor add #4 continuous rebar that was missing at the haunches between the barrels. The B4007 bars in headwall needed to be put at 48". Some of the spacing between the inside and outside faces needed to be adjusted in outside walls. Laps are good and clearances good otherwise Previously poured inside walls looked good. okay to pour the arches, walls and headwall. |
