Only 2 clean outs seen at time of inspection. 2) West side of buildings 1 and 2 are supposed to drain together along west property line into the north basin on the north side of buildings 1. 3) Water harvesting at south end of building 1 is humped above curb line and cannot accept water. 4) Keynote 22 on pg 3 is only supposed to be in the corner adjacent to the parking for building 1 only. It also shows up on building 2 where it is not supposed to be. 5) fire risers are impacting the pedestrian sidewalks at the south sides of buildings 1 and 3. Access is cut down to 32". |
