3-18-25, on exterior walls where the mudsill was replaced, add anchor bolts as required per the 2018 IRC, DWV not under test-strap or secure DWV, missing backing on restrooms, smoke detectors are required in each bedroom and adjacent room thereafter (hardwire smoke detectors), all metal electrical metal boxes must be grounded and made up at time of inspection, submit a revision for subpanel in sleeping quarters together with note to reflect fur out walls. |

5-8-25, electrical layout not per plans-missing receptacles throughout-(see plans for details), bathroom layout for new sleeping quarters not per plans. Submit an updated floor plan to the city for review. A 12" clearance is required between can lights or recessed lighting and pex. Either relocate pex lines or block using osb, 2x4's, plywood, or drywall. DWV must be under test, seal all penetrations throughout vapor barriers, and block all showers, toilets, and bathtubs-see City of Tucson Inclusive website for details |
