Passed 10-11-23: Wiring to kitchen island has been completed, attic access for air handler above dining room is now code compliant with solid decking, 2 light fixtures and light switch at access entry point. Wood framing around fire place has been removed and replaced with metal stud framing. All other mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work is completed and meets code requirements. Okay to proceed with insulation, sheet rock, taping, texturing, and painting interior walls.
