1/5/26: Insulation required R-3 at exterior hose bib and must be coated for UV protection, Water heater was replaced and was not part of scope of work, all 3/4 piping at water heater must be insulated, b-vent must be properly installed at water heater, T&P valve must be properly installed, properly secure supply line water closet and all areas that are not properly supported, r-3 insulation required at hose bib on exterior, properly secure supply lines at kitchen sink, properly support all supply lines throughout home. |
