Maximum, change headers to 2x8's, add nails to exterior sheathing along edges between 3/8" -1/2" maximum & add nails edges/in the field per plans, add top plates at south and north walls, plans call for 2x6's at 16" o.c.- either install per plans Or submit a revision to the city for review for 2x6's at 24" o.c...STOPPED INSPECTION-ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. |
