Lath exterior walls and dry-in roof. Plumbing and water lines need to under test at time of inspection. Add shower liner to test with 2" of water. Seal all top plate penetrations with fire caulk, brace 2" DWV pipes midway, add Boca nail plate on bottom plates within 1.25" to face of plate to protect pipes, add mechanical duct and air register 10x10 per plan, exhaust fan in bathroom needs to have duct terminated outdoors.
