Lastly, there is also a window a/c that was on the shed and was pulled out prior to inspection according to neighbor. Neighbor agreed to have shed used for storage only, Not living space. Re-inspection needed to see interior of shed. |

No one living in the shed, however the set back is 13" measured from shed to center of demising wall, not 2 ft from neighbor's property. Please update site plan to reflect 13". Currently there is dispute between neighbor and home owner. |
