4/9/24: post base at south end of porch missing fastener, hangers missing at 2x8 at porch, fasteners missing at 2x12 TJI hangers, anchor bolts missing 12" from edge of sill plate throughout, anchor bolt spacing greater than 32" o.c, blocking missing at wall between bathroom and piano room, IRC table R603.7 states that an opening between 10'6" to 12' needs 3 king studs and 3 trimmers for a 16" o.c wall. |
