Properly secure all exterior raceways at main panel, insulation required at exterior domestic supply lines, light fixtures at basement must be rated for the application, roof access required for final, laundry/storage room has been demolished (revision required), windows must be tested to open to meet egress requirements, smoke alarms must be 3' from air supplies and fan fixtures, water hammer arrestor required at refrigerator, hot water heaters were not inspected, ac units were not inspected. Letters from licensed contractor required prior to final for plumbing work, electrical work, mechanical work, framing work completed prior to the completion of any inspections. |
