9/29/26:,Per IECC C404.4 Insulation on 3/4 pex lines is required. Add R3 insulation to 3/4" pex lines in attic and at walls, fire foam penetrations at living room top plates including DWV, add fire foam to penetrations at master shower and at north wall of master bedroom, a support strap to pex line for hose bib within 4' is required, add additional fire foam around penetration at water heater top plate & R3 insulation is required on hot copper line of water heater. Make corrections & reschedule an inspection. Home not ready to drywall. |
