8-29-25: remove paint from hammer arrestors at laundry room, missing stove/cooktop and anti tip device, missing smoke detector at hallway, bedroom sill height at 50"-sill height must be at 36" minimum to 44" maximum, lower thermostat height to 48" o.c., missing landing at main door, wrap hose bib and hot copper line at water heater with R3 insulation, install vacuum breaker at hose bib, all habitable spaces must have arch fault breakers, replace all exterior receptacles with bubble covers, paint all exterior pvc/abs, cut wall cleanout and install cap, write with a permanent marker inside panel "non-metallic plumbing" a receptacle cover is required within 30" of stove. |
