9/3/24: called at 8:15am said owner was 15min away. Waited until 8:35am (no access to site).
9/3/24: clean out caps must be properly installed on exterior of units and under kitchen sink, properly secure electrical whip at A/C unit, UV coat A/C condensate drain, 2X at condensate drain must be treated. Unit numbers must be installed, trust/joist designs must be submitted to the City for approval.
