5/12/25: All construction has been covered/Completed prior to any inspections being completed. Letter will be required to ensure that all Plumbing/Electrical/Mechanical/Framing/Foundation work meets or exceed the requirements of the 2018 IRC. Home owner has quite a few photos detailing the depth and width of footers and framing members. J bolts were not included in pictures and neither were rough-ins. WR receptacles required on exterior of home, dead front at main panel must be labeled, plastic piping on exterior of home must be coated for UV protection, Dryer exhaust shall not have screen mesh (damper required), |
