Kitchen counter receptacles have to be GFCI protected, also ,missing receptacle at 21" counter between range and fridge. Improper receptacle spacing at counter perpendicular to sink, at no point on the counter should a receptacle be more than 24" away. 2. Install anti bracket for range 3. Dishwasher not anchored down, install water hammer arrestor for dishwasher hot supply. 4. Seal missing knockout at main service panel bottom. 5. Water needs to be on so fixtures and plumbing can be tested 6. HVAC not working, also provide ladder to inspect unit 7. Address numbers missing, please add numbers minimum 4" in height and .5" width contrasting with background(black should work with this house). 8. Outdoor lighting needs to be fully shielded or full cut off per Pima Country ordinance. 9. No plans on site. More items maybe added at a later inspection due to missing plans. |
