Dishwasher not anchored down, install water hammer arrestor for dishwasher hot supply. 4. Seal missing knockout at main service panel bottom. 5. Water needs to be on so fixtures and plumbing can be tested 6. HVAC not working, also provide ladder to inspect unit 7. Address numbers missing, please add numbers minimum 4" in height and .5" width contrasting with background(black should work with this house). 8. Outdoor lighting needs to be fully shielded or full cut off per Pima Country ordinance. 9. No plans on site. More items maybe added at a later inspection due to missing plans. |
