8/4/26: properly support GAS PIPING ON VERTICAL DROP (located next to gas meter) roof access required to verify gas piping and support ( piping must be 3.5" off from roof on treated lumber or other approved material), Mini split has been installed and is outside scope of work. Mini split must be listed for US installation (UL or ETL), MC wiring on outside of home is new ( MC not permitted to be exposed to weather), carbon monoxide detector required near furnace, properly calculate return air opening and size (currently undersized), properly calculate combustion air for furnace in closet, sub panel in master bedroom has been painted and must be replaced (open spaces on cover must be covered),open j-box at roof with conductors stubbing out, properly secure emt on exterior of house. GAS CLEARANCE WILL NOT BE SENT OUT UNTIL Revison has been made. |
