9/18/26: expose/excavate 2'x2' pockets at each end of bedroom & laundry room in order to verify footing depth, remove all drywall from the bedroom walls, laundry room and above ceiling to verify framing, AWG wires, anchor bolts, Simpson clips, and duct work. The plumbing at the laundry room shall be placed under test to verify no leaks and hammer arrestors at laundry will be required together with insulation on the hot copper line of water heater. Arch fault breakers are required for habitable areas and gfci receptacles are required within 6' of water. A letter from a licensed contractor shall be submitted to the City of Tucson for review & approval. The contractor's letter must document that all roof construction meets requirements of the 2018 IRC. |
