A revision is required for roof plans showing change of rafter layout and use of ledger and hangers. Current configuration has rafters running east/west using hangers and j-bolts only on the east wall, however plans call for rafters to run north/south and use of top plate with clips and embedded j-bolts according to detail 4 & 5. Additionally, anchor bolts at exterior walls are required within 12" at the ends of each plate and a minimum of 2 shot pins are required within 6" at the ends of a sill plate on non bearing partition walls.
