05/23/2025 COT - RSBU - Residential Intermediate may include Framing, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and/or Mechanical work. Only one inspection may be attached for all trades for final rough-in. Re-inspection required Pex lines need to be secured every 32” horizontally. Add supports and secure gas lines throughout. At every 6’ for 1/2” & 1” and every 8’ for 1 1/4” & larger. Provide information on securing interior furr out framing to cmu wall. Thermostat at 48”. Fresh air intake has to be 10’ away from vent line. Smoke detector has to be 3’ from bathroom door. Add grommet and ground screw in data box. Screw ground screws to boxes. Add nail plate to electrical line for panel. Add gas bond along with mud ring for access. Flex duct is choked in girder truss area, 1st floor. 5/23/2025
