Verified outdoor scope of work at front stair entry to mobile home & new T1-11 siding contained vapor barrier. All work is done in accordance to the 2018 IRC R311.7.5 stair risers & treads, and R312.1.3 guards spaced not more than 4". Risers shall not exceed the 7 3/4" and tread is at least 10". Handrails are within the 34"- 38" limit. Landing width is not less than 36".
