Have architect submit a letter for exterior wall-plans call for osb & stucco. Have a licensed contractor submit any letter to the city for review & approval regarding exterior wall siding nailing. The letter must document that nailing along the edges was done per the 2018 IRC. Another option is to remove all exterior 2x4 trim so that we can verify edge nailing.
