PARTIAL PASS--Contractor has installed 2 piers on exterior wall and 1 pier on the interior of garage to stabilize foundation. Currently they are lifting the 1 exterior and 1 interior piers, the pier closest to garage entry door is being used to stabilize that side of walls foundation. 3rd party engineering inspection will inspect and approve work being performed and submit to City Building Department. |
