There are 2 containers measured at 8' 5" in height and the other containers have been removed from site. Home owner doesn't meet site backs on the south side of shipping containers. First container located on the west end was measured at 5' 3" and 4' for the container on east end of site. I advised the home owner to meet setback requirements, he could hire a surveyor and add property pins or move containers away from lot line thus meeting the 6' setbacks. I also advised him to follow up with the zoning department and verify that there are no other requirements. Reschedule inspection when setbacks have been met. | |
