The inspection needed was an electrical intermediate due to all the framing being fire damaged. Here are some of the items that need to be corrected. 1. Damaged studs in master bedroom need to be removed or reinforced. 2. Fire caulk all Top plate penetrations. 3. No work will be done in the kitchen. 4. No work in the bathroom. 5. Mini splits will be installed later. 6. Terminate all exposed electrical 7. Stud protectors needed throughout. |
