The New Shed appears to be within the 6 foot setback (approximately 5 feet) on the north side of the structure toward the Alley/Public Utility Easement, but the East side appears to be right at 6 feet or maybe just under. This cannot be verified till the property owner allows on the property to take physical measurements. |
