5/7/25: construction work has been completed prior to any inspections being conducted, Letters will be required for Framing/ Electrical/ Plumbing/ Mechanical work performed stating that all work meets or exceeds the 2018 IRC. Smoke detectors missing throughout home in multiple areas, exterior receptacle missing at French door entry (must be GFCI), Mini splits must be (M1403.1 Heat pumps. Electric heat pumps shall be listed and labeled in accordance with UL 1995 or UL/CSA/ANCE 60335-2-40.), refrigerant lines must be covered and wrapped for UV protection, weep screed clearance not per approved plans and does not meet code compliance (4" min from natural grade and 2" min from pavers/concrete etc.) |
