Window seal has to be brought down to 44" max for means of egress. Provide combination smoke detector outside of bedroom. Provide exhaust fan in laundry room area. Water heater needs sediment trap, 2 openings for ventilation, solid piping for TMP, pan, and vent going through room with a minimum of 1" clear from combustible. Missing receptacle in kitchen area above single counter top. Replace outside wires in back patio due to outdoor weather exposure. Replace schedule 40 pipe feeding existing meter to new 200 amp panel, secure and provide conduit. 8/22/2024 |
