Missing PTR line-run ptr line to the exterior and install between 6” to 24 “ from grade, catch pan required, pvc directly connected to water heater is not allowed, B-vent requires a 1inch clearance. Also, noted were pex lines within 12 inches of can lights ( block or insulate pex lines within/in 12 “) add straps to DWV, remove all pex,electrical, and flex from grid, add firefoam to any penetrations at top plates. Mechanical/electrical: provide a set of approved plans to include new ductwork, HVAC. Missing 50 amp breaker for HVAC together with disconnect. Electrical: a receptacle is required within 6 ft. of a door and additional receptacles no greater than 12 feet apart. Add receptacles to master bedroom, hallway, and any walls greater than 2 feet, smoke detectors are required in each bedroom and adjacent room thereafter. (hardwire all smoke detectors), arch fault breakers are required-see code requirements, secure all electrical wires with a staple no greater than 12 inches from receptacle/light switches. |
