1-Remove insulation to allow inspection. 2-Plumbing is incomplete, and not per approved plans. 3- Studs are over-notched in common wall, and wall between kitchen and bathroom. 4-Secure Romeo near box for range. 5- Electrical is not per approved plan( kitchen not shown). 6- Holes in joists are less then 2" from bottom (502.8.1). 7-Install smoke alarms per IRC 314.3#1. 8-Garage has opening directly in to sleeping room(R302.5.1). |
