Not ready. Missing ground screws at all metal boxes. Add nail plates to lines that are less than an 1" 1/4. Add fire blocking to the raised ceilings. Fire foam all top penetrations and open cavities. Secure any loose electrical lines. Electrical line that is in the block wall needs to be in conduit or approved material for any moisture. Missing receptacle at kitchen counter top. HVAC work is not completed. Add blocking at home runs and secure lines. 12/6/2023 |
