10-16-25: all work to include framing & plumbing was covered prior to any inspection. Therefore, submit a letter to the City of Tucson documenting that all covered work was done per the approved plans and meets/exceeds the 2018 IRC/ANSI standards. Additionally, seal the water closet to prevent noxious odors from entering the space. The letter must be submitted by a licensed contractor and city approval is required prior to issuing a letter of completion. |
