9/25/24: Anchor bolts required 32" o.c per plans, sill plates at porch require 2 anchor bolts is larger than 12", compromised sill plate must be replaced, interior framing not per plans missing closet header and pop-outs revise plans to show changes made. 5/8" anchor bolts required per plan with 2" washers. |
