11/15/24: anti-siphoning devices required at hose bib, exterior plastic piping must be coated for UV protection, hose bib must be insulated and wrapped, screen at dryer vent exhaust must be removed (can only terminate with damper), b-vent at water heater must extend 2' above roof line, supply lines at water heater must be wrapped for UV protection, tape must be removed from double wall pipe at b-vent, pex not allowed for pressure relief discharge, water heater shed must be properly secured, supports required at emt conduit at panel, properly secure dryer exhaust vent, pad at water heater storage must be corrected (2x4 not acceptable), bubble covers required on exterior receptacles, Roof access required, Electrical whip at A/C unit must be properly installed, knockouts at A/C must be sealed, plastic bushing required at A/C unit for thermostat, A/C condensate must properly terminate and must be coated for UV protection. STOPPED INSPECTION NO ACCESS TO UNITS.
