2/8/24: plumbing underground needs to be installed per plans (for both units), electrical intermediate not ready (missing receptacles throughout, missing smoke detectors throughout, missing exhaust fans throughout) mechanical intermediate not ready (mini splits must be pre-wired), gas piping must be replaced per plans, replace water heaters, framing plans call for new 2x10 rafters spaced at 16" o.c, roofing to masonry walls must be properly supported per plans, roof sheathing must be 5/8 typeX.
